A selection of collaboration-led brand initiatives at Lids, fully project managed from go-to-market strategy through execution. From concept to launch, I led partnerships with artists and cultural figures like Feid, Quavo, Qias Omar, and Chase B, alongside brand collaborations including Playboy x Von Dutch and Playboy x Felt. Each project was built to drive cultural relevance and commercial impact

Photoshoot Do's and Don't's

A creative guideline deck developed to standardize photoshoot execution for headwear campaigns. The presentation outlines visual do’s and don’ts for product and lifestyle photography while defining shoot objectives, styling direction, and asset needs to ensure imagery feels elevated, authentic, and aligned with the brand.

Marketing Project Manager at fuboTV

As a Marketing Project Manager at fuboTV, I spearheaded high-impact paid social campaigns that generated over 32M impressions, increased subscriber acquisition by 30%, and drove engagement rates exceeding 5% across key platforms. This deck highlights our most successful campaigns, including exclusive content captured by industry leaders Jon Morosi, Fernando Fiore, and John Strong.

WorkFront - Project Management Dashboard

Working at The Madison Square Garden Company gave me the opportunity to project manage all creative assets for live concerts, family shows, and venue tours for all our venues including MSG, Hulu Theatre, Beacon Theatre, Radio City Music Hall, and The Chicago Theatre. With that being said, there were a wide range of projects to manage. I worked closely with IT to develop the dashboard, shown to the right. This dashboard is color-coded and broken up by  project status and the assigned creative designer. This dashboard simplified managing projects and kept stakeholders apprised of the state of each individual project.

During my time at LIU, I managed and developed content for both LIU Post and LIU Brooklyn on all social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. This includes managing and tracking analytics and growth, and developing ads and content.

Clear the Shelters &

Supporting our Schools Initiatives

In 2015-16, I assisted in developing a marketing plan for two very big initiative for NBCOTS. Our Owned Television Stations participated in our televised pet adoption day titled, Clear the Shelters and school supply donation day titled, Supporting our Schools.

Promax BDA Convention in Las Vegas, NV

 

In June 2016, I assisted in coordinating the Promax BDA convention for NBCOTS at the Mirage in Las Vegas, NV organizing presentations, travel and accommodations, and event planning for the event.

Weekly, I worked with the creative designer to brainstorm and strategize creative for upcoming sales/products to advertise based on YOY sales on the site. To the left you will find items which were used to advertise these sales and products during my tenure at Finestationery.com/Celebrations.com

1800flowers Franchise Convention

 

In 2012 & 2013, I assisted the event planner in organizing the Franchise Convention in Las Vegas, NV. I successfully organized and oversaw onsite events and meetings, special panels as well as attendee travel and accomodations. The mobile application mentioned above was utilized during these meetings.

1800flowers Convention App

 

During the 2012 & 2013 1800Flowers Franchise Convention in Las Vegas, NV, I collaborated with Gather Digital to create the app which was used to facilitate the event. This app consisted of schedules, maps of the location and conference rooms, social media integration as well as attendee bios and a messaging option.

Brand Signage

 

During tenure in Franchise Operations at 1800Flowers, 57 additional signs were installed among 1800Flowers Franchisees, up from 10 prior to this initiative. To the left you will see a monument signage and decal installation at 1800Flowers Port Charlotte in Port Charlotte, FL. 

Marcum Work Place Challenge 5K

In July 2014 and July 2015, I took leadership in coordinating a 5k run for 1800flowers. I was able to successfully sign up 60-70 team members and plan the event as well as create our company apparel.
